CASE STUDY

A Project
for KSJ COllective

Brand strategy, visual identity, and a Showit website built for a collective of beauty industry experts ready to expand their influence.

OUR APPROACH

Build the strategy first. Everything else follows it.

We started with positioning, not visuals. Every detail aligned with how KSJ Collective actually works and where the founder, Kelly St. John, wanted the company to go next. Then the design was crafted to match.

Project overview

A brand built to match the influence Kelly and her team of beauty industry veterans had already earned.

Great products get attention. Retail tests everything. KSJ Collective, the strategic retail growth partner for high-potential beauty and wellness brands, guides founders from first door to full distribution, knowing which retailer is the right fit, when to approach them, and how to stay once inside. As the Collective's industry influence widened over eight years in business, and Kelly St. John's public profile grew alongside it, the brand needed a presence built to match it.

The visual language needed to catch attention instantly without losing the warmth and editorial class that make KSJ Collective feel like a trusted insider, not an outside vendor. We wanted a lexicon precise enough to assert the Collective's access and expertise, and a distinction sharp enough to hold up as Kelly's thought leadership grows.

The result is an identity system built to scale alongside the company, positioning KSJ Collective as the authority beauty and wellness brands call when they're ready for retail.
